May 7 – Wine Fundamentals
In this fun and interactive two-hour workshop, we learn the basics of how to taste, appreciate and assess wine. Tasting through five wines of distinct style and character, we will start to understand common terminology as well as the basics of wine style and an overview of wine making and how it relates to what’s in your glass.
Class runs Tuesday, May 7, 6:30-8:30pm at Vantage Venues, 150 King St. W.
- Doors open at 6 p.m. for welcome wine & cheese
