March 19 – Italian Getaway
Join us for an Italian getaway without leaving the city! In this two-hour Italian taste adventure we look at five of the country’s leading wines that you’ve always wanted to know more about – but were too shy to ask.
Class runs Tuesday, March 19 at Vantage Venues, 150 King St West, 27th floor.
- Doors open at 6pm for welcome wine & cheese
- Class runs from 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Please join us after the class for a light buffet of Italian-inspired dishes, creatively made by Vantage Venues' award-winning chef team.
- Veal-stuffed pasta shells with tomato ragu
- Olive stuffed arancini with Parmesan
- Squid stuffed with Italian sausage, charred fennel, anchovies and bread crumbs
- Baked gnocchi with gorgonzola & roasted garlic
