Wines for the Weekend

Red

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Merlot and Sangiovese (the red grape of Chianti) this is ripe and soft with black cherry, blueberry and black pepper spice.

100% Chardonnay with crisp notes of apple, pear, lemon and mineral.
Pair with: Grilled halibut.

Sparkling

13th Street “Cuvée Rosé” Sparkling VQA Niagara Peninsula, ON NV

A traditional method sparkler that’s about 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, this soft and creamy bubbly with notes of red raspberry and cherry with mineral back bone.
Pair with: Pasta carbonara.
